JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Support: Primarily handling inquiries from clients using the C2C platform, addressing issues such as specification confirmation and investigating customer-related operations.
2. Coordination: Collaborating with the Vietnam development teams, sharing issues with team members and directors, providing initial responses to partner companies, and communicating formal resolutions after investigations.
3. Quality Improvement: Analyzing system issues, implementing standardization, and sharing knowledge with Japanese and Vietnamese development teams.
4. Communication: Utilizing Slack for communication and Jira for ticket management in English.
