Responsibilities
➤ Technology Strategy and Innovation:
- Create and implement technology strategies.
- Identify technologies to improve the company’s products and services.
- Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals, and progress.
- Track and monitor project operational indicators to optimize, scale up, and ensure smooth system operations according to target user numbers.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage ICT budgets, forecasts, and policies.
- Collaborate with other executives, such as the CIO and CEO, to understand business needs and ensure technology solutions align with those needs.
➤ Team Leadership and Management
- Oversee operations and ensure the implementation of systems and policies.
- Monitor performance, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce policies.
➤ Recruitment and Training
- Manage technical team by recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
- Career Development: Create and support career development plans for team members, identifying opportunities for advancement and skill enhancement.
- Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of team members, keeping them updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certificate: nice to have Certificates any ICT related (OCP, JCP, CSO etc), management cert
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and leading technology teams.
- Strong background in software development and product management.
4. Language Skills: Native or fluent in Japanese; proficiency in English is a plus.
5. Location: Willingness to relocate and work in Vietnam.
6. Other:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Experience in managing IT budgets and financial planning.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Good understanding of compliance and security: Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, and experience in ensuring compliance.
- Problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills.
